The Water Tower of Sneek

With a height of 44 m, the water tower in Sneek is one of the town's highest structures.
The water tower, watertoren in Dutch, is one of the most characteristic buildings in Sneek. It can be spotted from many parts of the town.

Nowadays the water tower is used as an office building.
The water tower was designed in renaissance revival style by architect G. Halbertsma and the construction was completed in 1908.
